Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business with a physical (brick-and-mortar) shop or an active, business-owned e-commerce website.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you certify that you are such. We require proof of business, such as a VAT number, Business Registration Number, or a link to your active website, before approving your account. Any orders from a non-business or unapproved entity will be cancelled.

2. MINIMUM ORDERS

We require a minimum order value of £100 for all orders. Orders that do not meet this minimum will not be processed.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are pro-forma and will not be started until payment is made in full, as all items are made to order. We accept payment via the wholesale website portal or BACS transfer. Your order will not be scheduled for production until payment has cleared.

4. TURN AROUND TIME

Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks (10-14 working days) from the date payment is received. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. We will notify you of any significant delays, especially during peak seasons or for large-volume orders. You agree to this turnaround time when placing your order.

5. SHIPPING & HANDLING

All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout and must be paid with your order.

Orders are shipped from Bideford, UK, via Royal Mail or DHL. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon collection by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. We will provide tracking information for you to follow up with the carrier directly.

6. DAMAGES, ERRORS & RETURNS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Damages & Errors: You must contact us at wholesale@bubbleandbathe.co.uk within 5 working days of receiving your order to report any damaged goods or picking errors. Photographic proof of the damage (including the shipping box) is required. We will, at our discretion, issue a credit or send replacement items for verified damages or errors.
Returns: Outside of verified damages or errors, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold stock.

7. PRICING POLICY (RRP / MAP)

All Bubble & Bathe products have a suggested retail price (RRP) as specified in the description of each product. Wholesale buyers retain the right to charge above the RRP; however, they may not advertise or charge less than the RRP.

This includes, but is not limited to, all online and in-store advertised pricing. This policy does not apply to temporary, store-wide sales (e.g., "20% off all items") that are not product-specific and do not exceed 14 consecutive days.

Violating this RRP/MAP policy may result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account.

8. PACKAGING & BRANDING

All wholesale products must not be removed from their original packaging, relabelled, or repackaged without prior written consent from Bubble & Bathe Ltd. All wholesale is 100% branded and must remain with our labels attached. You cannot repackage our products and relabel them with new branding.

Failure to do so will be a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account.

9. GEOGRAPHICAL EXCLUSIVITY

Approval of a wholesale account does not imply or provide any form of geographical exclusivity for your retail location or territory.

10. THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE POLICY

You are strictly prohibited from selling Bubble & Bathe Ltd. products on any third-party online marketplace. This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy unless formally agreed with us.

Many of these platforms require a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for products as part of their regulations. This is documentation we do not have and cannot provide. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that we will not supply SDS documentation for any reason.

Selling on these platforms is a direct breach of this agreement and will result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account.

11. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All of the product images and descriptions on our wholesale website can be used for marketing on your own business website and social media.

However, all descriptions, images, and content found on our official retail website are the sole property of Bubble & Bathe Ltd. These are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without the express written consent of Bubble & Bathe. You agree not to reprint, post, or copy any materials from our official retail website without advance, express written consent.

12. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

Bubble & Bathe Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. We will provide written notice (e.g., via email) of any significant changes to these terms.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price changes. Prices for orders already placed and paid for will be honoured at the original price.

13. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Bubble & Bathe Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these terms and conditions (e.g., violating the RRP, Packaging, or Third-Party Marketplace policy).
Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months. We will notify you via email before your account is closed due to inactivity.

14. PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Bubble & Bathe Ltd. Bubble & Bathe Ltd does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the wholesale website.
